Unlock your potential as an educator and shape the future generation

Early Childhood Montessori Diploma (3-6 Years)

Aligned with Kenya's Competency-Based Curriculum

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds?

Do you believe in education that respects each child's unique development journey?

Our comprehensive Diploma in Montessori Education empowers you to become the transformative educator children deserve.

Why Choose Montessori?

In today's educational landscape, many teachers struggle with implementing Kenya's Competency-Based Curriculum effectively. Conventional teaching methods often fall short of achieving CBC outcomes because they rely heavily on teacher-centered approaches rather than child-led discovery and practical application.

Montessori education naturally aligns with CBC goals and provides a clear pathway to achieve them. While other teachers may feel confused about how to transition from traditional methods, Montessori-trained educators confidently create environments where children thrive and meet the desired outcomes naturally.

Student Testimonials

With eighteen years of teaching experience, I thought I had seen it all—until I joined this Montessori course. Since then, my teaching methodology has transformed significantly. It has shifted from a traditional approach to a more child-centred one, and I’ve learned how to effectively cater to the diverse abilities of my learners without the stress I used to experience.

Esther Namsasi

As a teacher, finding the right training program that aligns with both my values and my teaching philosophy is incredibly important. Sunshine teachers training has exceeded all my expectations. Being an online-based school, it offered me the flexibility I needed without compromising on quality. I truly enjoyed the learning experience.

Dahlia Saad Sheikhan

I am a counselling psychologist and early years teacher by profession and I recently joined Sunshine Teachers’ Training Montessori course. I have learned a lot from this course so far. By the time I am done, I believe that I will be able to empower learners from ages of 2 to 6 with knowledge, skills and resources to equip children (of all sorts) with 21st century skills which is my goal.
